Role Overview

Tassel Planner is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our visual storytelling across Instagram and TikTok.

This is not a posting role. You are here to make people want what we make, and to turn that wanting into sales, walk-ins and bookings.

Our products are premium and considered. People don't buy them on impulse. They buy them because the craft, the detail and the storytelling behind them. That's what you'll be building.

Work Structure

• 3 days per week in-office, scheduled around business activity: shoot days, store days, pop-ups, launches and events
• Location: Plot 13 Hunponu Wusu Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Some in-office days will be full days; others may be a few hours depending on what's being captured
• Occasional weekend work for events, pop-ups and workshops, some of which take place off-site at client or partner venues
• Remaining time is yours to manage. We care about the deliverables, not the hours.

We understand many creators work with more than one client. We're not asking for exclusivity. We are asking that when you're scheduled with us, you're fully present, and that the weekly output lands consistently.

What You'll Be Creating

• Reels and TikToks: videos with strong hooks and clean visuals
• Carousels: multi-image posts that teach, showcase or tell a story
• Educational content: planning, journalling, productivity, how to use our products well
• Lifestyle content: the world our products live in, shot warmly and intentionally
• Product content: detail, texture, personalisation, packaging, unboxing
